Preamble

The Company encourages its Users to carefully review the General Conditions of Sale and Use (referred to as "CGV/CGU"). These General Terms and Conditions govern all Services provided by the Company to its Customers of the same category, irrespective of any clauses that may be present in the Customer's documents, including its general purchasing conditions. The General Terms and Conditions are consistently provided to the Customer upon request. It is the Customer's responsibility to review the General Terms and Conditions before placing an Order. If there are subsequent modifications to the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is bound by the version in effect at the time of their Order. The data stored in the Company's computer system serves as evidence of transactions conducted with the Client.

Registration

The use of the Services offered on the Site is conditional upon the User's registration on the Site. Registration is free. To complete the registration process, the User must fill in all mandatory fields, without which the service cannot be provided. Failure to do so will result in incomplete registration. Users warrant and declare under oath that all information provided on the Site, especially during registration, is accurate and truthful. They undertake to update their personal information from the dedicated page available in their account. Each registered User has a username and password. These are strictly personal and confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties under penalty of deletion of the account of the violating registered User. Each registered User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. The Company shall not be held liable for the identity theft of a User. If a User suspects fraud at any time, they must contact the Company promptly so that the necessary measures can be taken to rectify the situation. Each User may only hold one account on the Site. In case of non-compliance with the CGV/CGU, particularly the creation of multiple accounts for one individual or the provision of false information, the Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently delete all accounts created by the violating registered User. Account deletion results in the permanent loss of all benefits and services acquired on the Site. However, any Order placed and billed by the Site before the account deletion will be executed under normal conditions. In case of account deletion by the Company for failure to comply with the duties and obligations stated in the CGV/CGU, it is strictly prohibited for the violating User to re-register on the Site directly, through another email address, or through an intermediary without the express authorization of the Company.

Trial

The Company offers trial offers to allow the Customer to try its service at a reduced rate. If the Customer is eligible for a trial offer, they will be informed of its price and can benefit from it through the Order process. Trial offers are valid for a period of three days, and the Customer can only be eligible once for this type of offer. When the Customer subscribes to a Trial Offer and it expires without prior cancellation by the Customer, subscription fees for the next billing month will be deducted, and the Customer will be transferred to the monthly offer corresponding to the initial Trial Offer.

Pricing

The Company offers full access to its service through various subscription plans, including an automatically renewing Subscription on a 30-day basis. The different offers provided by the Company are accessible on the pricing page of the Site. When a registered User wishes to subscribe to a subscription offered by the Company through the Site, the price indicated on the service page corresponds to the price in euros including VAT and takes into account any applicable and current discounts on the day of the Order. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. It undertakes to invoice the services at the rate applicable at the time of their Order. Under no circumstances can a User demand the application of discounts that are no longer in effect on the day of the Order.

Order

Orders can only be placed once the User has registered on the Site, either directly during the Site registration process. The recording of an Order on the Site occurs when the Customer accepts the CGV/CGU by checking the designated box and validates their Order. This validation constitutes evidence of the sales contract. Completion of the Order implies acceptance of the prices. Upon placing their Order, the customer immediately receives a confirmation email containing details of their subscription:

• Site name
• Subscription price
• Subscription duration
• Login credentials
• Renewal date and time
• Renewal price
• Extension duration
• Customer's email
• Unsubscribe link

In case of payment failure, incorrect Customer address, or any other issue with the Customer's account, the Company reserves the right to block the Customer's order until the issue is resolved. If it becomes impossible to fulfill the service, the Customer will be notified via email to the address provided to the Company. In such a case, the cancellation and refund of the order for this service will be processed, with the remainder of the order remaining firm and final.

Service

The Site serves as an online platform where, as a Member: You can create your personalized user guides search,view or download manuals and user guides in PDF format. You can benefit from a specialized telephone assistance service in household appliances and computers that can assist you in your searches. You will also have the option to communicate and exchange with our team via email and chat.

Service cancellation

Consumer has the option to cancel their subscription to this Subscription by sending us, within this fourteen (14) day period, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: XXX, or using the unsubscribe link located in the contact page. No refund request will be accepted after the expiration of a period of fourteen (14) days from the subscription to the Services.

Modification

These conditions terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and XXX regarding your use of the Site and the Services. XXX reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions to adapt them to technological and commercial developments and to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Any modified version of the T&C will be posted on the Site with its effective date indicated.
